According to the Columbus Police Department, Henriette Maria Squires, 53, was arrested and charged with domestic violence aggravated assault in connection with Wednesday night's shooting.
Her bond was set at $25,000.

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WTVA) - Columbus police responded to the scene of a shooting around 8 p.m. Wednesday.
According to Columbus Police Chief Fred Shelton, a 55-year-old woman was taken into custody and will likely be charged with aggravated assault domestic.
Police said she allegedly shot her boyfriend in the chest after an argument.
The boyfriend was taken to Baptist Memorial Hospital in Columbus by ambulance and then flown to Tupelo for trauma care.
WTVA was told the victim was conscious and talking to police when they arrived on the scene.
The call for help came around 8 p.m. as a burglar alarm call in the 700 block of Sylvan Road.
When police arrived, the boyfriend was across the street at a neighbor's house seeking medical help, according to Shelton.
The boyfriend is 56-years-old and walked across the street under his power.
Police are not releasing the name of the suspect until she is charged.
Police said the incident came the night before the couple was scheduled to move to another city.
