NEW ALBANY, Miss. (WTVA) - The man sought in connection to a shooting in New Albany is now in custody.
Corey Collins is in custody in Memphis, Tennessee, New Albany Police Chief Chris Robertson confirmed Tuesday afternoon.
The shooting happened Monday at noontime at Windshield Doctor on Bankhead Street.

The police chief said a vehicle pulled into the business’ parking lot. A second vehicle stopped in the roadway, and a man got out of the second vehicle and fired three shots.
Robertson said a bullet struck a vehicle belonging to the business’ owner and city alderman Will Tucker.
Police sought Collins, 30, of Hickory Flat, for drive-by shooting and are working to extradite him to New Albany.
