NETTLETON, Miss. (WTVA) - Nettleton's soccer team started their summer practices Tuesday with a few new regulations.
At the start of every practice for the next two weeks, the coach has to check the players' temperatures and ask if they have any symtoms or have been exposed to the coronavirus.

Players also must bring their own water bottle and soccer ball to practice.
The team also has to social distance despite being a contact sport. Girls head coach Alisha Carrisoza said it is easy to social distance since a soccer field is big.
Players right now are mostly working with ball control, individual skills, and fitness.
Carrisoza said there are a lot of returning players, so she is excitied for the upcoming season.
"I think we are just going to go far this year. I am looking forward to it."
