Neighborhood meetings scheduled after Tupelo tornado

Shelton says 159 properties were damaged.

TUPELO, Miss. (WTVA) - Neighborhood meetings are scheduled to take place this week for those affected by last Monday’s tornado in Tupelo.

Tupelo Mayor Jason Shelton says they will have the meetings for all areas impacted on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Representatives from Development Services, Public Works and other city departments will be available.

Colonial Estates area
Tuesday, November 13, 6 p.m.

Charleston Gardens area
Wednesday, November 14, 5 p.m.
Furniture Market, Building 5

Bel Air area
Thursday, November 15, 5 p.m.
St. Luke United Methodist Church
