JACKSON, Miss. (WTVA) - The Mississippi State Department of Health (MSDH) reported 665 new COVID-19 cases and 53 new deaths Tuesday, Nov. 24.
New COVID-19 related deaths reported to MSDH as of 6 p.m. Monday. Thirty-one deaths occurred between November 13 and November 23 in the counties below.

As of Tuesday, Nov. 24, there have been 144,544 total cases of the virus since mid-March, which is when the state reported its first case. There have been 3,729 total deaths.
The state health department estimates there have been 121,637 recoveries.
