STARKVILLE, Miss. (WTVA) - A teenager from Louisville is the second person to be arrested following a recent shooting at an apartment complex in Starkville.
Police say Tyler Smith, 19, was taken into custody Friday on an attempted murder warrant.
A judge set his bond at $250,000.
Smith is accused in the August 16 shooting at The Block Townhomes on South Montgomery Street where, according to witnesses, Bobby Spratt was shot four to five times.
They say he was visiting his girlfriend at the time of the shooting.
Carson Clement, 19. of Eupora, was the first arrest in the case. He was arrested Wednesday in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, and is charged with attempted murder as well.
