OKTIBBEHA COUNTY, Miss. (WTVA) - According to Oktibbeha County Fire Coordinator Kirk Rosenhan, a log truck caught fire Wednesday morning on Highway 82 East.

Rosenhan says the 18-wheeler's tires caught fire, which caused the tractor and logs to also ignite. The East Oktibbeha EMA responded to the scene, blocking traffic.  Right now officials are still trying to remove any pieces of log from the highway.

Rosenhan tells WTVA no one was injured and the highway is now open.
