TUPELO, Miss. (WTVA) -- Kelly Riley, marketing manager of Rev, said they sell products like CBD oil and CBD vapes.
Riley said they also have products like hemp flower, some containing legal amounts of THC and some with no THC at all.

"It's almost like going to colorado or somewhere out of the state and we've brought it here to Mississippi," said Riley.

The local dispensary sells CBD products including vapes, oils, and dog treats.

It also carries hemp flowers with and without THC.

"We're all Farm Bill compliant, you can come in and buy pre-rolled, you can buy the actual grams of the bud," said Riley.

According to the Farm Bill, the legal amount of THC in a bud is point three percent.

So, what happens if law enforcement pulls you over?
Sheriff Jim Johnson said as long as the product is packaged, it's completely legal.

Riley said the product does not cause the same side effects as illegal amounts of THC.

"Pain relief, stress relief, anxiety reduction, those types of things. So as far as the psychoactive head high or something that would make you inebriated, you don't have to worry about that," said Riley.

She added the dispensary is the only one of its kind in the local area.

Riley said rev dispensary management is hoping to also carry medicinal marijuana after the state health leaders come up with a plan for distribution in the state.
