Several municipalities in north Mississippi have issued burn bans due to dry conditions.

Gov. Phil Bryant issued a statewide burn ban on Oct. 2.

Starkville - issued on Sept. 17

West Point - issued on Sept. 18

Pontotoc - issued on Sept. 17

Louisville - issued on Sept. 20

Montgomery County - issued on Sept. 23, to expire on Oct. 23.

Lee County - issued on Sept. 24, to expire on Oct. 24.

Clay County - issued on Sept. 27, to expire on Oct. 27.

Prentiss County - issued on Sept. 27, to expire on Oct. 27.

Itawamba County - issued on Sept. 30, to expire on Nov. 4.

Monroe County - issued on Sept. 30, to expire on Oct. 11.

Pontotoc County - issued on Sept. 30, to expire on Nov. 4.

Webster County - issued on Sept. 30, to expire on Oct. 29.

Benton County - issued on Sept. 30, to expire on Oct. 30.

Chickasaw County - issued on Oct. 1, to expire on Oct. 31.

Yalobusha County - issued on Oct. 1, to expire on Oct. 31.
