BOONEVILLE, Miss. (WTVA) - Some kids are spending their summer at Tiger Tech Camp at Northeast Mississippi Community College in Booneville.
They are wiring, drilling and water-proofing their robot submarines.
With hands-on experience, the camp aims to inspire students to pursue careers in technology.
Kim Brumley said the future is in robotics and these children could have jobs in robotics in the future.
This year, students are also learning programming skills and computer coding, along with the basics of technology.
