IUKA, Miss. (WTVA) - An Iuka man is accused of threatening to hurt officials in Tishomingo County and Iuka.
Brandon Adam Pendergrass, 29, of Iuka, is charged with five counts of simple assault on elected officials.
He allegedly made threats to inflict bodily harm on all the county's supervisors and a municipal court judge in Iuka when he was released from custody.
His bond was set at $200,000.
He's currently on probation with the Mississippi Department of Corrections.
