VERONA, Miss. (WTVA) - A warrant has been signed for someone believed to be connected to Thursday's shooting at a Verona car wash.
The scene is near Wheel City on Raymond Avenue. When police arrived, they found no one. But police soon learned one person had been shot and taken to the hospital.
Verona Police Chief J.B. Long said two people are being sought for the shooting. However, he did not release any names.
Long believes the shooting involved multiple shooters.
It's unknown if this shooting is connected to another shooting Thursday afternoon in Tupelo.
