Husband hosts annual tournament for his beloved wife.

SALTILLO, Miss. (WTVA) - The perfect love story where a husband Jay Van Winkle hosted his 10th annual "Beth Van Winkle Memorial Round to Remember" golf tournament for his beloved wife Beth Van Winkle who passed away after being diagnosed with Alzheimer's.

"Before she died she wanted to do something to help the Alzheimer's people," Van Winkle said.

He says the 10-year ride has been nothing less than a good time, but he says this year will be the very last year the event will take place.

According to Van Winkle, during the 10 years they have done this tournament, they have raised over $100,000 to the Alzheimer's Association.
