MACON, Miss. (WTVA) - A tornado Wednesday in Macon damaged electrical wires, causing a house to catch fire Thursday morning, the homeowner said.
It started around 4:30 a.m. on Magnolia Drive.
The homeowner said the storm damaged the wires to his power box. When crews tried to restore power to the area, the wires caught fire.
Two people were inside, but no one was injured.
