TUPELO, Miss. (WTVA) - A man from Monroe County is accused of taking a boom truck in Tupelo.
According to the Tupelo Police Department, officers responded to the report on Friday, Oct. 8.
They went to the 100 block of East Main Street.
Several days later on Wednesday, Oct. 13, investigators were told the truck was in Sherman.
While driving to Sherman, investigators saw the boom truck traveling on Highway 45, according to police.
They stopped the truck and detained the driver, 42-year-old Jason Adams of Hamilton.
Investigators charged Adams with felony taking of a motor vehicle.
