WATER VALLEY, Miss. (WTVA) - A former daycare worker who was accused of injuring a child will spend 30 days behind bars.
The sentencing of Norma Pullen happened Thursday morning in Senatobia, confirmed Assistant District Attorney Steven Jubera.
A grand jury indicted her earlier this year for allegedly injuring a child at the Cotten Candy Kids daycare in December 2018.
Pullen will begin her sentence on Friday in the Yalobusha County jail.
The judge also added five years of probation, and she must have no contact with children who are not related to her.
