JACKSON, Miss. (WTVA) - The Episcopal Diocese of Mississippi has suspended all in-person worship until further notice due to the increase of COVID-19 cases and deaths in the state.
On Tuesday, the Mississippi State Department of Health and State Health Officer Dr. Thomas Dobbs advised Mississippians to avoid all social gatherings.

Bishop Brian Seage then published a letter saying the Diocese is adopting the recommendation.
All other in-person gatherings in Diocese churches are also suspended.
