ALCORN COUNTY, Miss. (WTVA) - Alcorn County law enforcement are still looking for a person who fled from law enforcement during the weekend.

This also resulted in a crash involving a county deputy, that happened Sunday morning, according to Sheriff Ben Caldwell.

Caldwell says Deputy Riley Jeter lost control of his cruiser going into a curve and hit a bridge guardrail on County Road 400.

Jeter told WTVA he is recovering from several pelvic fractures and is undergoing physical therapy.

The fleeing truck is described as a silver or gray Nissan with a white door.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Alcorn County Sheriff’s Department.
