WEST POINT, Miss. (WTVA) - A 60-year-old man has been charged with the murder of a woman in Clay County.
Clay County Sheriff Eddie Scott said deputies responded Monday to a home on White Station Road where investigators found the victim inside the house.

He identified the victim as Summer Larry.
Clay County Coroner Alvin Carter Jr. pronounced her dead at the scene. Carter said the victim was 27 years old.
Investigators believe she received blunt force trauma. An autopsy will be conducted to reveal more information.
Investigators arrested Darryl Larry and charged him with murder. The sheriff did not say if or how the two individuals are related.
A judge gave Darryl Larry a $1 million bond.
