Suspect Gary Scotty McDonald has been captured, according to the Lee County Sheriff's Department.

He was captured in a wooded area on the south side of Highway 366 at County Road 5321 in Prentiss County.

BALDWYN, Miss. (WTVA) - Law enforcement officers continue to search for the man suspected in the shooting death of a woman in Baldwyn.
Lee County Coroner Carolyn Green confirmed the death happened on the morning of Friday, July 3 at approximately 7:45.
Baldwyn Police Chief Troy Agnew later confirmed the shooting happened at Adams Auto Sales.
The police chief identified the woman as Coner Kyle, 26.
He identified the suspect as 48-year-old Gary Scotty McDonald.
An autopsy will be performed.
As of Thursday, July 9, McDonald is still at large. He is considered to be armed and dangerous.
Lee County investigators believe McDonald is still traveling around the Lee County area. He has connections to Itawamba and Lee counties.
The Lee County Sheriff's Department urges the public to lock vehicles and homes.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts should call a local law enforcement agency or 911.
The U.S. Marshals Service has joined the search for him.
