COLUMBUS, Miss. (WTVA) - A Columbus resident claims a hired hand stole jewelry from their home in Lowndes County.
The homeowner reported the theft on May 10.
According to the Lowndes County Sheriff’s Department, the homeowner had hired Suzann Foster, 49, of Columbus, to work around the home.
Sheriff’s investigators arrested Foster on Tuesday.
Investigators determined that Foster pawned many of the items in local pawn shops, according to the sheriff’s department.
Foster faces three counts of grand larceny.
