ACKERMAN, Miss. (WTVA) - Deputies have a fourth suspect in custody in connection with the Bywy Country Store burglary on Thursday.
Chief Deputy Lee Upchurch said Joe White Junior turned himself into Winston County deputies and will be transported to the Kemper County Sheriff's Office.
Upchurch said the Kemper County Sheriff's Office also has Tykeal Petty in custody and he will be charged with commercial burglary.
Deputies also arrested two juveniles and charges will be filed in Juvenile Court.
Bywy Country Store surveillance footage shows two people with hoodies who apparently took items from the register and stashed them in a backpack.
The video also shows one of the burglars breaking the ATM, then stomp on it until it sparked.
