BLUE MOUNTAIN, Miss. (WTVA) - The Blue Mountain Police Department arrested five men in connection with a break-in and robbery back in May of this year.
Police Chief Jim Taylor says the suspects broke into a home on East Palmer Street back in May and robbed the home even at times dragging the victim from room to room.
He says that at one point the victim was lying in the street crying for help.
The chief says Joshua Thompson was the ring-leader of the operation, setting up the robbery so the other four could enter the back door.
George Talley is charged with burglary and armed robbery.
The chief identified the other suspects as Terrance Rutherford, Trey Knox and Chris Williams.
