Auto burglary lands Oxford man in jail

An Oxford man is accused of stealing a vehicle from a towing company.

OXFORD, Miss. (WTVA) – An Oxford man is accused of stealing a vehicle from a towing company.

On October 26, Oxford police responded to Marquis Towing in reference to an auto burglary.

The following day, police say they were able to identify the suspect through video surveillance.

This led to a warrant being issued of 48-year-old Roy Edward Liggins.

Liggins was arrested and charged with auto burglary. His bond was set at $1,500.
