COLUMBUS, Miss. (WTVA) - Police charged a 20-year-old in connection to the Aug. 5 shooting at the Southside Market in Columbus.
Investigators charged Caleb Gardner with two counts of aggravated assault.
Columbus Police Chief Fred Shelton said an argument inside the store between two customers and Gardner escalated to violence.
Gardner allegedly shot and wounded the two other customers.
The store is at the corner of Fourth Street South and 15th Avenue South.
