TUPELO, Miss. (WTVA) – Tupelo police are not saying how many guns Jacquavis Williams stole, but are saying he is still on the loose.

We spoke with some people in the community who are left on edge.

“It’s kind of scary because it’s the holidays and anything can happen, “Lee Stutsy said.

Police say Jacquavis Williams stole guns and other items from the Hunter’s Haven in Tupelo.

“It kind of makes you feel uncomfortable and unsafe,” Orlando Hill said.

He is still on the loose and people are nervous.

“I hope he don’t be on buildings just popping people,” Sheila Hunt said.

Many are urging others to stay safe until he is caught.

“Watch the area that you are in. Always watch your surroundings,” Hill said.

“You just have to keep an eye out and be careful,”Stutsy said.

If you have any information on his whereabouts, call Crime Stoppers of Northeast Mississippi at 1-800-773-TIPS.

Remember they only need your information and not your name.
