STARKVILLE, Miss. (WTVA) - The federal government cited an Arkansas-based tower building company months after a worker fell to his death in Oktibbeha County.
The accident happened November 2019 in the Longview community. Oktibbeha County Coroner Michael Hunt identified the worker as John Womack, 43, of Arkansas.

The U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Adminstration (OSHA) cited Pegasus Tower Co. for failing to ensure employees used fall protection, and designate, identify and train employees to provide rescue in the event of an emergency.
The tower building company faces $140,720 in penalties.
