Alcorn County traffic stop lands Texas woman behind bars

Tiara Roxbury was arrested and charged with trafficking a controlled substance in Alcorn County.

CORINTH, Miss. (WTVA) - A Texas woman is charged with trafficking drugs in Alcorn County.

Tiara Roxbury, 20, of Euless, was stopped on Highway 72 by a county deputy on Dec. 29, 2018.

Alcorn County Sheriff Ben Caldwell says the deputy found Roxbury to be in possession of 100 dosage units of acid, 6.8 grams of mushrooms, as well as a misdemeanor amount of marijuana.

She was arrested and charged with trafficking a controlled substance.

She was released from jail on a $21,000 bond.
