COLUMBUS, Miss. (WTVA) - Classes at the Mississippi University for Women (MUW) will begin on Monday, Aug. 17.

The plan is for instruction and final exams to end before the Thanksgiving holiday.

The university will offer classes in-person, online and in hybrid formats.

Faculty, staff, students and visitors are required to wear face coverings unless walking alone in an outdoor space or walking alone in a personal office space.
