District 4 Supervisor Bricklee Miller said Oktibbeha County supervisors extended the curfew until Oct. 4.
The curfew is from midnight to 4 a.m.
This curfew applies strictly to Oktibbeha County and does not apply to the City of Starkville.

(WTVA) - The Oktibbeha County Board of Supervisors voted to implement a curfew for residents.
It is already in effect and goes from 12 a.m. to 4 a.m.
According to supervisors, the Board made the decision at a meeting Tuesday after the sheriff's office reported several large gatherings in the area.
The Board will have another meeting Monday, Sept. 14. At that time, members will discuss whether to extend the curfew.
