NETTLETON, Miss. (WTVA) - The Nettleton School District has suspended in-person instruction and after-school activities for all students at Nettleton High School.
School Superintendent Tim Dickerson sent a press release Sunday evening.
He said Monday, September 14 through Friday, September 18 the school will be cleaned.
Nettleton High School had a total of eight positive coronavirus cases in the past week and has quarantined over 110 individuals.
The school district will make a decision at the end of the week to determine if high school students can return to in-person instruction.
Kindergarten through 8th-grade students will continue with in-person instruction.
