JACKSON, Miss. (WTVA) - The state's health officer says elective surgeries that require hospitalizations must be delayed statewide beginning Tuesday, Dec. 15.
Dr. Thomas Dobbs says Mississippi’s intensive care units (ICU) are full and expects more hospitalizations to come.
