STARKVILLE, Miss. (WTVA) — One tech company is making sure professors and students have a productive classroom experience.
Campusknot is a classroom technology system.
The company was founded in 2015 and is based in downtown Starkville.
CEO and Co-founder Rahul Gopal said Campusknot allows teachers to create an active learning environment.
The system provides video conferencing like Zoom and group feeds where professors can get real time feedback from students.
Gopal said professors can use polls and pop quizzes with the system.
It also provides schedules and allows students and teachers to share documents.
Professors can use the system individually or schools can use it institution-wide.
Gopal said the West Point School District, and Aberdeen and Okolona schools are using Campusknot.
Since the coronavirus pandemic began more people have been using their system, said Gopal.
He expects Campusknot to have four times its user growth during the summer and fall semesters.
