JACKSON, Miss. (WTVA) - The state’s health officer says “all is well” the morning after receiving the COVID-19 vaccination.
Dr. Thomas Dobbs was one of the first in the state of Mississippi to receive the vaccine on Monday.

Tuesday morning, he says he experienced minimal soreness at the injection site, which is on his right shoulder.
“Feel great (except for being absolutes terrified about our hospital situation through the holidays),” he stated Tuesday morning.
