San Diego, CA (Sports Network) - The San Diego Chargers have signed linebacker Reggie Walker and released kick returner Richard Goodman.
Walker spent his first four NFL seasons with Arizona, where his head coach was current Chargers offensive coordinator Ken Whisenhunt and his special teams coach was current Chargers special teams coordinator Kevin Spencer.
In 48 NFL games, Walker has 44 tackles and was the Cardinals' special teams captain last year.
Goodman had appeared in 26 games over the past three seasons with the Chargers, but a hamstring injury limited him to just seven games last year. He has averaged 27.6 yards on kickoff returns during his career.
