Tampa, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - CC Sabathia fired seven shutout innings in a strong late spring training tune-up, leading the New York Yankees to a 4-0 win over the Pittsburgh Pirates.

Sabathia yielded just four singles and a walk while striking out seven and lowering his earned run average this spring to 1.59.
