Fort Myers, FL (Sports Network) - Kevin Youkilis hit an RBI double as the Red Sox blanked the Rays, 5-0, in spring training action on Saturday.
Adrian Gonzalez and Darnell McDonald each scored a run and added a hit apiece for Boston, which got three scoreless innings of two-hit ball from starter Daniel Bard.
Elliot Johnson and Jeff Keppinger smacked two hits apiece for the Rays as starter Wade Davis allowed four runs -- two earned -- on three hits and four walks in 2 2/3 innings of work in the loss.
