Baltimore, MD (SportsNetwork.com) - The Houston Astros activated pitcher Scott Feldman from the 15-day disabled list and optioned pitcher Brett Oberholtzer to Triple-A Oklahoma City.

In addition, the Astros placed pitcher Jose Cisnero on the 15-day disabled list with right elbow discomfort and recalled pitcher Paul Clemens from Oklahoma City.

Feldman is scheduled to start Friday's game against the Orioles. The right- hander, who ended the 2013 season with Baltimore, had gone 2-1 with a 1.69 ERA in four starts with the Astros prior to landing on the DL with right biceps tendinitis.

Oberholtzer was 0-6 with a 5.68 ERA in seven starts this season. Clemens has made four appearances for the Astros this season.
