General Sales Manager
Brief Description:
WTVA Inc. has an immediate opening for a General Sales Manager. Position will be responsible for managing and budgeting the generation of revenue for the sales department, setting the direction and goals for the department, staffing, and management and training of the department. Will be making sales calls and presentations with the sales staff and national sales representative. Would also be responsible for developing presentations, promotions, and packages, structuring, and setting rates. Must be able to communicate well with others and always be professional with all members of the station staff.
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelors degree in a related field
• Four or more years working in sales management, preferably at a commercial television station
