ABERDEEN, Miss. (WTVA) -- Tawina Koshay Westbrook, 28, of Aberdeen was arrested by Monroe County Sheriff Department on October 22.
Westbrook is charged with ID theft and unlawful production of ID cards.
Investigators say Westbrook is accused of taking a state income tax check from a resident of Monroe County and using a fake ID to cash the check at a business in Aberdeen.
This incident took place in April.
Westbrook is currently being held at Monroe County Detention Center.
Bond has been set at $25,000.
