STARKVILLE, Miss. (WTVA) -- The Oktibbeha County sheriff's department is investigating an early morning traffic accident that killed the driver of the vehicle.
Coroner Michael Hunt says Kathy Edwards, 50, of Maben died at the scene of the accident.
Officials say the car can off Sturgis-Maben Road, flipped, and hit a tree around 6:45 Monday morning.
Hunt says Edwards was wearing a seatbelt.
