COLUMBUS, Miss. (WTVA) -- A Caledonia woman has been charged with passing an altered prescription at a local pharmacy.
The Columbus-Lowndes Metro Narcotics Unit reports Angela Barksdale, 25, was arrested Monday after trying to modify a prescription for Claritin to Claritin D.
Agents say the latter drug contains the ingredient pseudophedrine which is commonly used to manufacture methamphetamine.
Authorities say she was on probation at the time of her arrest.
Barksdale is also wanted in Lauderdale County for receiving stolen property.
