VERONA, Miss. (WTVA) -- People will have the opportunity to get a variety of free health screenings Saturday at the 2nd annual Verona Health Fair.
The doors to Verona Elementary School will be open for the fair from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m.
Weight and body mass index screenings will also be available.
"Sometimes, it makes them more aware if you put it in front of them and give them the opportunity to participate in what's going on. Maybe it makes them more aware of their health," Verona Mayor Bobby Williams said.
