GUNTOWN, Miss. (WTVA) -- Three people are being treated at burn units following a Monday night house fire in Guntown.
Guntown fire officials say two people were transferred to a burn unit in Augusta, Georgia and the third was carried to a burn unit in Jackson.
Firefighters were called to a home on Ford Avenue in Guntown around 10:40 p.m. Monday night.
Officials with the Guntown Police Department tell WTVA the fire broke out at 648 Ford Avenue in Guntown.
One adult and two children were transported from the scene by ambulance or helicopter.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
