Two charged in connection with meth lab bust

ABERDEEN, Miss. (WTVA) -- The Monroe County Sheriff’s Department and North Mississippi Narcotics Unit arrested two people early Friday morning on July 26.

Investigators say Brittnay Dawn Ausbon, 28, of Amory and Randle Lee Weaver, 54, of Smithville are charged with possession of two or more precursors with intent to manufacture meth.

Authorities located a meth lab inside a residence near South Hatley Road and Highway 278 East

Bond has not been set for Weaver and Ausbon.
Both subjects are currently being held at Monroe County Detention Center.
