LEE COUNTY, Miss. (WTVA) It was just after 11:00 p-m- when emergency responders arrived on the scene of a car accident involving a train.
The accident happend off County Road 1149 near Plantersville.
The train hit the car and threw it in a ditch.
The driver was taken to North Mississippi Medical Center and was treated for minor injuries.
Lee County Sheriff's Department is handling the investigation.
