TORRENCE, Ca. (WTVA) -- Toyota Motor Corporation is reporting a 60 percent jump in sales over June of 2011.
On Tuesday, the company reported it sold 177,785 vehicles during the month, up from 110,937 a year-ago.
Sales of the Camry were up 54 percent and sales of the Corolla grew by 41 percent.
Toyota also reports a sales increase of 335 percent in hybrid vehicles.
Ford, Chrysler, GM, and Honda also report jumps in sales over last June.
