COLUMBUS, Miss. (WTVA) -- The quick actions of a neighbor landed three men in jail for the burglary of a Lowndes County home.

Investigators say the men were apparently burglarizing a home on Highway 69 South Friday night when the neighbor noticed a car parked beside the home.

They say he knew the vehicle didn't belong there and used his vehicle to block their escape.

He then held the men at gunpoint until deputies arrived.

Demario Labrianto Guyton, 20, Quinton Tamar Hill, 21, and Joseph Allen Rush, 22, all of Columbus, are charged with burglary.

Authorities say they also found marijuana during a search of Hill.

He faces additional charges of possession of a controlled substance.
