TUPELO, Miss. (WTVA) -- Spirit of Women held its annual program Thursday night in Tupelo at the Summit.

It's a national health organization of groups of hospitals.

A sold out crowd of 400 participated in a program called Easy Does It.

Attendees enjoyed dinner, shopping and a presentation from the speaker Patty Roper.

Roper is the editorial director of Mississippi Magazine.

"It provides programming for women, health education, ways to make their lives easier. It provides a network of women to help one another, encourage one another and to help women understand they have a lot ot offer," said Liz Dawson, coordinator of Spirit of Women for North Mississippi Medical Center.

NMMC is one of two Spirit of Women hospitals in Mississippi.
