TUPELO, Miss. (WTVA) -- A Tupelo man faces charges of DUI-3rd and Burglary following his arrest last week following a disturb call.
Investigators charged Michael E. Tayler, 48, after officers noticed items stolen in a burglary on March 31.
Detectives say they received a report of a break-in at the Clayton Avenue home around 10 p.m. and that several items, including electronics and home furnishings, were taken.
Police were called to a home on West Jackson Street 90 minutes later.
Taylor was arrested on a felony DUI warrant and the burglary charges were added as the investigation into the items was conducted.
Taylor's bond has been set at $10,000.
